This organization offers research and resources that help congregations support the well-being of congregational leaders and respond to social change. Based at Duke University, this collaboration between the Clergy Health Initiative (CHI) and the Religion and Social Change Lab (RaSCL) aims to help congregational leaders serve others effectively.
The research includes reports, briefs, and summaries that help congregational leaders understand current social issues as well as resources relevant to ministry leaders’ well-being. Access to journal articles enables congregational leaders to explore specific topics in depth. The data-informed resources include wellness practices and guides for fostering positive relationships between congregational leaders and members.
