Description

This training helps congregations respond effectively to people experiencing a mental health or substance abuse challenge. Mental Health First Aid aims to provide an action plan that removes people’s fear and hesitation around responding to mental health issues and enables more people in need to access appropriate support.

Participants can choose from two types of Mental Health First Aid training: one for adults to support other adults and another for adults to help adolescents aged 12 to 18.
