Clergy Coaching Network

Description

This organization helps congregational leaders develop their leadership skills through individual and group coaching. Clergy Coaching Network believes coaching is a supportive process that helps leaders identify how they want to grow and then achieve their vision. Congregational leaders can choose from four types of coaching: one-on-one coaching, group coaching, leadership classes, and sermon coaching.

The leadership classes include a Certification in Leadership in partnership with Union Theological Seminary and a 7-month Academy of Leadership for lay pastors who are not ordained but serve as pastors in their churches.
