Church Mental Health Summit

Description

This online event helps congregations and ministry leaders establish, grow, and maintain mental health ministries for their congregation and community. Hope Made Strong offers this four-day, online event annually to equip ministry leaders with practical tools and resources.

Care Pastors, Care Coordinators, pastoral staff members, volunteers, counselors, and ministry leaders will appreciate that the summit offers clear training objectives in the key learning areas of Spiritual Formation, Leadership, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Healing and Recovery, Community and Outreach, and Family and Students.

The Church Mental Health Summit aims to teach participants on a wide variety of practical topics, including how to integrate spiritual practices, navigating boundaries, recruiting/equipping volunteers, supporting those dealing with challenges like grief, trauma, anxiety and depression, and how to develop effective partnerships within the local community.
